To empower communities in the North-eastern region of Kwa Zulu Natal with relevant information /knowledge within and outside the region, for the emancipation of the disadvantaged social sectors of the community, so as to optimize such information /knowledge in order to improve the quality of life within the region thus contributing positively to the economy of South Africa and media diversity.
